Shipping

All orders are dispatched from South Australia, Australia within 1-2 business days via courier or Post.

Domestic Shipping

– There is a flat shipping fee of $12 on all orders to be delivered within Australia. Should the delivery be in Adelaide, you can contact us through Contact Page to discuss alternative options.
– Orders are delivered in 5-8 business days

International Shipping – Europe

– Delivered in 10-12 Business Days
– Shipping fee $ 25 for standard shipping

International Shipping – Rest of World

– Delivered in 10-12 Business Days
– $ 20 for standard shipping

Duties & Taxes

Deliveries outside of Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and Japan may be subject to local import fees or taxes. Fees and taxes are subject to the shipping policies within your country and are calculated through your local customs office. The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred as a result of this. These fees or taxes will be charged through the courier service used and an order can only be received once the payment has been made. Should a delivery be refused by the customer, the cost of the original order and return shipping cost will be charged to the customer and taken from any potential refund. Please note, there may be a minimum order value for imported goods into your country. For any orders of larger value or size, we recommend checking the requirements with your local customs office. Please contact your local customs office for more information on any local policies. No Avoidance We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Tracking Your Order

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.

If your address is unattended at the time of delivery

If you have not provided Authority To Leave, your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to the sender.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Suhi does not take responsibility for stolen packages. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@suhi.co.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
